No technique in hair care.
I went into O salon and had my hair ruined! I went in and asked for highlights and left with my hair darker than when I went in and over $300 less in my pocket. Its a shame because they have such
nice products! I will never go back for any salon service, but I will buy thier shampoo!
Pros: They brought me back for a second service to "correct" thier mistake- but I still had to fix it myself even after a second time!
Cons: bad service, talentless, no technique in hair care!…
