DO NOT GO HERE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DENTIST ARE NEWBIES.. I would check off zero stars if I could. This dentistry is very unprofessional, from the start the receptionist are rude, they make you wait a very long time, making you feel worthless. Every time I went there they over charged me. Shavonne, however you spell her name never makes an attempt to really find out whether your insurance covers your dental work or not. Every time I had something done she came back with an outrageous amount of money, and then I had to remind her that I had two insurances and even then she never got it right, until I called the insurance myself. Dr. Bang is very rude and she doesn't care about how you feel about the finished product. I told her I didn't like the work and she didn't make an effort to change it. She didn't care. The rest of the dentist are all newbies and lack experience to do any cosmetic procedure. Please save your money and go else where. I thought it had only happened to me, until I saw more bad reviews. RUN from this dental office. this office placed a crown that fell off. They told me it was my fault, not theirs. You wait hours to receive treatment. They owe me for treatments billed but never done. They deny owing anything. They will not call you back unless you threaten to stand out in front of their office to warn incoming patients of the horrible treatment. If I could give less that a one star rating I would. They lie, lie and lie some more.…

WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER. HORRIBLE service I have been trying to get someone to call me back for a month....every time I call someone will call you back before 5. Still fighting with them they were suppost to refund me my money for a crown its been a month now they say at least 60 to 90 days before they will be able to process my refund they have tried to get me to do unnessary lprocedures that are not covered by insurance and if I elect not to do them they tell me my insurance will not cover anything else of course that depends on who you talk to when you do get ahold of someone then it is let me do some digging and I will call you back before 5.......STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU and they dont care about there patients at all!!!!!!!!!!!…

Horrible, horrible, horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST OFFICE. They are rude, nasty people who have absolutely no respect for their patients. They make you wait for a min. of 30 min. before you go back, make you wait while treating other patients, the office manager will lie to your face. Tell you one thing then when you ask she will deny ever saying anything. I had a credit with this office which initially they admitted to then I had to fight tooth and nail, only when I threatened to sue did I get anywhere.…
