I would never do business with General Pacific

There business ethics are highly questionable. If you see a house listed by these General Pacific Properties would run the other way. If you don't good luck! You will see what I am talking about.

The worst business person I have dealt with since the inflated rates of the 70s and 80s

Tread lightly with this person. He is misleading, unethical, and manipulative. By far, the worst real estate experience in my meager 35 years of buying or selling property. Question what he leads you to believe. It is his desire to get out of you every ounce of energy and every penny possible. Larry, in my opinion and experience, you are the most pathetic agent in business in Ventura County.
- Pros: At least I was able to sell the home I purchased through him.
- Cons: I bought a home through him.
