Tissot Watch Repair. Had trouble finding a place in Louisville that would touch my Tissot watch. I was told everywhere else that I would need to 'send off'' for repair, even to just to replace the battery.

The Watch Shop replaced the battery while waiting (just a few minutes) and the watch works fine. These guys are specialy trained in Tissot watches, Who knew? The price was very reasonable.

Buyer Beware. I purchased a $20 band for my husband's watch. When he tried it on we both realized it was too short. I compared it to the woman's watches I own and the band was the same length.



They refused to exchange it or give me a refund. It was in pristine new condition. They had no return exchange/return policy anywhere in their store.



Buyer beware. This could have just have been any other product or service. The point is they made a mistake and then refused to stand behind their product. While it is nice to support small businesses, why pay twice as much if they're not going to take care of their customers.
