very bad with person with mental disabilities

They spent much time agrueing with me about how my insurance was going to work, in which I was correct. Could not afford the visits so asked to have less, so when I came back compared me to an absent employee... hate to say this... I am a patient not an employee. The main doctor just was outright hostile attitude at all times with me.
