Awful experience

I have only had 2 awful haircuts in my life - the most recent one came courtesy of this salon. I do not recommend it at all! First of all, the salon itself is small and uninviting. The staff is unfriendly and tacky - as were the conversations. Most of all, I do not recommend this place based on the horrible haircut I received. I just needed a trim - what I got was a few snips here and there, bangs hacked off above my eyebrow that I didn't ask for, and layers that are a mess. The sylist was either inexperienced or unskilled - and I have never had a stylist take such little care with a haircut before. The "styling" she did was awful...horrible round-brushing which she tried to make up for with a flat iron. Needless to say I cried when I left! I had to do major damage control at home in order to make what she did look presentable. Its all going to have to be fixed and it was such a simple haircut! I hate to go on even more - but I must mention that the products she used were total low quality. It was nothing you would expect from a place that charges 40$ + for a haircut. I would rate this place as nothing more than a glorified SuperCuts - if that!. Don't go here!!!

• Cons: Small space, unskilled stylists, low-quality products, not worth the $$
