Nice Place to Live

I lived there and LOVED it. The staff is great. My privacy was respected. Concerns are delt with in a respectable fashion. Certain things must be reports as with all income based complexs. Laundries are kept clean and are reasonable. Nice and quiet. Good place for families starting out, elderly or those with a low income.

- Cons: have to report all income and no pets

Great place to rent

This is low income housing so it is more restrictive then other rental places but it isgreat place to rent with wonderful staff.
I had a water problem on a weekend and they got right out here and fixed for me no problem.
- Pros: off street parking, reasonable priced on sight laundries
- Cons: have to report all income and who is living in apt all the time
