poor service lost this customer FOR GOOD!. I had one good take out experience, so I went back. I guess the first time was a fluke. I called ahead, but the take out clerk was too eager to get back to the back room gab fest to put in my order before I got there. Then my order was done and it just sat around until it got cold. 1/2 hour after arriving at the time I was told, I got my order only to get back home and find it totally cold 5 minutes later. The workers were clueless, the manager was clueless. Nobody would fess up to knowing anything. Well, as I told the manager, at least I'll NEVER have to worry about any Chili's poor service ever again.
