great things at LA MIRAGE. I have nothing but praise for LA Mirage ! I'll just list out all of the great things about this venue: Service - all staff members must go through intensive training because I have never experienced service like this. Anything you want or need they can accomodate for you. Examples - during our tasting they had a Viennese hour with desserts, liquors, cappuccino etc. A waiter came up and asked if he could get me anything and I explained that I wasn't drinking and I didn't drink coffee. He asked what I'd like and I said I'd really like a hot chocolate.he get it . At our wedding, my guests couldn't stop talking about how attentive the servers were and how there glasses were always full. They even have a to-go station for guests as they leave with coffee, water, and cookies. The head waiter who was assigned to me for the night was always by my side when I needed her . My mom wanted organic strawberries and asked for a particular wine that she's not allergic too, these request were accommodated with no additional charge. These are only a few examples, I could go on and on. LA MIRAGE is great value for your money. We looked at many places, and the la mirage stood out. Food - Oh my goodness, the amount of food that comes standard with your package is unbelievable. During cocktail hour we had four stations plus 8 passed h'ordeuvres and a signature drink, plus open bar. Then for dinner it's a five course meal. Your wedding cake also comes with the package. You can choose from their selection or bring a picture and they will make what you want. The food was great! The cake was amazing! Not only in taste but it was beautiful as well. Location -. sam and stuff truly took care of my whole wedding party and guests. There is not one thing I would have changed about the experience or my wedding day. Guests are still talking about it 3 weeks later and I'm ready to repeat the whole day!

AMAZING DAY. one week ago, we had the most magical day of our lives thanks to the la mirage. This venue is exceptional in every way. From the first steps of planning to day of the wedding, everything was seemless. My husband and I live in Boston and looked at places in our area as well as in ulster county where I grew up. The la mirage was heads and shoulders above the rest. The first person we met was SAM ADEL

, he is the best in the business if you ask me! sam was extremely welcoming and was very excited to show us the new rennovated ballroom. I will admit, I teared up when I first saw it, the room is absolutely stunning. The cocktail room and bridal suite were very nice, . He then took us through ALL the menu options and my husand and I knew this was the place for us! We were so impressed with the endless list of choices, we knew were could create a cockatil hour, dinner and vienese hour that would have something for everyone. Througout the year, every time i,m in home stop in and take a peak at the rennovations. Each and every member of the staff was more than happy to show me how things were shaping up. They were all genuinely excited and with good reason!!! Everytime, I was more and more impressed and pumped for our wedding. On the big day, which in many aspects is a very hectic day, the sam had everything running smooth. Our Maitre D, was exceptional and was there whenever we needed him.sam

was there the day of as well, making sure everything was perfect....and it was more than perfect. We have received so many compliments from guests saying how much they enjoyed the night and how incredible the food was. At the end of the evening, to kick off our vienese hour, the staff did a fire show with sparklers creating a banana's foster dessert. This was such a great way to end an amazing night. We are so grateful to the entire staff at the la mirage for making us feel like family and making our dreams come true. This venue is not one of the best...it's THE BEST there is!

crown wedding at la mirage. My best friend was recently married here. I was very impressed by the whole affair. The food and music were great! The place was decorated beautifully! The wedding was very elegant and the staff members really went above and beyond. Oh and the pictutres game out great! if any one looking to get a good deal and good wedding call LA MIRAGE and ask for SAM he will tell l u what is all about

MOST BEAUTIFUL. Most BEAUTIFUL Setting and amazing service We just got married on June 5th, 2011and had our reception at la mirage. We are a couple from Manhattan and were looking for a do-able wedding, . We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting. We reserved the larger ballroom that accommodated 155 of our guests and it was large enough for comfortable dinner and dancing, but with a warm and intimate vibe that we were seeking. The ballroom was recently renovated and the design is so classic, elegant and inviting. I can't say enough about how awesome the food was. SO many of our guests raved on about it being the BEST food they've ever had at any wedding! SAM and STUFF provided us with incredible service from the start of our planning over a year ago, and Carlos could not have been more gracious the whole night. The grounds are beautiful and provided us with a fantastic backdrop for our Bridal party photos during Cocktail hour. We used marya the florist that is affiliated with la mirage so go see urself

spectacular time. Wonderful wedding at LA mirage: We were married atLA mirage on AUG 5 /2011 and it was a huge success. We chose this place for our wedding because we love the restaurant and have found the food served to be some of the best around here, Our wedding was 150 pp and it was beautifully catered by LA Mirage The food and drink were excellent and the service very attentive and unobtrusive. Manager and stuff and others whose names have slipped our minds) were top class. We had had some concerns because of earlier reviews that we had read on the internet, but our experiences at the restaurant and now this wedding have not matched those negative reviews.thank you sam for advising our family through the reception process and being there for us .we like to thank u for the beautiful service and the food and the room decor you provided we recieved so many compliments form our guests and wish to bass them on to you.we could not have had such a spectacular time ourselves had we not been able go put our trust in la mirage staff and for that we thank you again

Many of our guests said it was a wonderful party (some even said it was the best thank u to all LA mirage and we will be back for my sister wedding 2012 to do the same soon

good luck to lamirage. I had my wedding here in July 2011 and I can't even express what a wonderful experience it was. The view was stunning, the food super the staff was beyond helpful - brilliant! The owners were a huge help during the planning process as well as making sure everything went smoothly on the big day. The price was very good compared to similar packages in the area and they were flexible on a lot of our requests. I highly recommend LA MIRAGE to anyone looking for a very romantic, classic wedding, especially if you're thinking of an outdoor ceremony.LA MIRAGE

unbelievable la mirage. My guests were so impressed by the wait staff that they actually tipped them in addition to what we had left as gratuity! They still talk about the exceptional service they received! All of my guests were really blown away by the venue and the quality/selection of the menu. My husband and I are so happy we had our reception at la mirage

beautiful and profeaaionals. Recently had my wedding here in Aug2011. It was unbelievable. First, the manager that we dealt with was very patient and accommodating in explaining the benefits of each package. Second, the room that they showed me, the star room, was jaw-dropping. And third, when we tasted the food, we were amazed at the quality and quantity that they were able to provide. We even asked for some items that were not on the menu, and they were able to do that without problem. Then, come the day of the event, I was soooo nervous. The maitre d and the bridal attendant did such a good job calming me down that I was actually able to enjoy the party. Yes, you heard me, I was able to enjoy my own wedding. Contrary to many reports, I had a blast at my own wedding! I am very picky, and looked at seven different places. Without saying anything negative about another place, it was no contest. The amount we paid for everything that we received was incredible. You really don't have to do much. We are still getting compliments on the wedding. In fact, one of my cousins has a gluten allergy, and I didn't even know this, but they were able to accommodate him throughout the entire wedding. Don't go anywhere else! they greatly exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough about how fantastic LA MIRAGE and the whole staff at LA mirage were on the day of my wedding. They greatly exceeded my expectations! The food was fantastic, the service was amazing (I was stunned that they would have multiple servers come out of the kitchen at once time so that an entire table was served simultaneously. This is service that I expect at a great restaurant, not a wedding caterer. I was so amazed as were my guests. Many people asked me if we had hired an outside caterer, and if we had hired Ste sam separate and apart from LA mirage, because he was so on top of everything. I, but I would definitely do it all over again., but they are definitely worth it! thank u to all LA mirage stuff

thank to la mirage. We held my daughter's wedding at the LA mirage on June 27. It was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very courteous and professional. The way that they set up the room was unbelievable and everything was beautiful. The food was to die for. I had guests commenting on how good the food was all night, even Italians who are very discriminating. I will definitely schedule my next big event with them and I had quite a few guests that are considering using the la mirage e for their events. THANK YOU sam and staff,
