40.696551 -73.323317 View WebsiteWORST PLACE!!! Been trying to call for 3 days now. I get a fax. So I faxed asking someone to call me. Nothing. I emailed from their website. Nothing. I just send my husband down to see if they are still in business. He got me the gift certificate for Christmas - 2 months ago. I appreciate it, but I just gave him a list of 10 other places that are better by FAR!! I told him not to stop getting me spa gift certificates just to NEVER EVER go near this place again!
Very upset! I received a gift certificate and have been trying to use it but can never get a person on the phone. I finally reached some one and was told I would get a call back. I never received a call and then four days later the message on their machine was changed to say they are freshening up for the spring and spa services aren't being offered at the time but not to worry that gift certificates will be honored. I would love to know when they will be honored. It would have been a common courtesy as a professional business to return my messages with an explanation. Now I am stuck with a $200 gift certificate and no answer as to when these services will be honored as they refuse to call back or even pick up the phone.
ETERNAL The Spa - Living up to it's NAMESAKE!!!. The experiences I've had at Eternal The Spa have been NOTHNG less than incredible- they keep me coming back for more!!!!!!!!!!! A Very High Level of Service!.
Always a great experience!
I've been going to Eternal for about 5yrs and could honestly say I've never had a bad experience. I was shocked to see some of the reviews on this site.
From the minute I walk through the door at Eternal I feel relaxed..I've have facial's, massage's and pedicure's and I'm always happy with the results.
very upset!!. I feel the same way, I would never go back to this spa EVER again... Kim who claims to be the owner seems all over the place and not very caring or have any kind of respect, And the lasers seem to be outdated and over priced. I was hoping that it was only a one time thing that the so called owner kim was rude, but by reading everyone elses comment i guess its been going on for years. Im suprised she is still in buisness.

horrible. I wouldn't go there again if you paid me. Kim the owner/manager is a horrible person who treats her staff horribly. I was waiting for a waxing while I watched her condescend to her employees right in front of everyone. The staff seemed afraid of her and scurried around trying to make this "control freak" happy. My friend also had a bad experience there with cancellations. Also, don't buy a gift certificate from them. They only honor it if they have no other appointments that day. HORRIBLE.

Would'nt go anywhere else. At long last I have finally found what I have been searching for! After several horrible waxing experiences I was ready to give up. Then a friend refered me to Eternal. Thank God. They were great! When I called to make the appointment the woman I spoke to Kim, was so kind and reassuring I was sure this was not going to be like past experiences. The spa was clean, the people were friendly, and the waxing was fantastic. I will never go anywhere else. I have also tried several other services, facials and massage. I have never left there disappointed.
Worst business practices ever. I wish there was an option for 0 stars because that's what this business deserves. I made 2 appointments for massages, each about a week in advance. On both occasions they called the night before to confirm my appointment. The day of the first appointment they called 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment to cancel because "the massage therapist had to go home sick." I was annoyed but accepted this and rescheduled for the following week. Again, the night before the appointment I received a call confirming the appointment. The next day, one hour before the appointment scheduled, I was again contacted because they wanted to reschedule. When I complained that this was the 2nd time in 2 weeks this happened I was told, "Well, we are very busy because of the holidays!" Here's a clue Eternal Spa..... if you don't have enough personnel to perform the services you advertise, don't schedule the appointments! Since I have gift certificates I will use them, but I will never again use this spa. And I will make it my business to tell everyone I know and come into contact with who are looking for such services that this is an unreliable business. Can't imagine how they have stayed in business this long.
Never Again Poor Management. I am givng this spa a 2 star rating only because of Rachael the therapist. She was wonderful. I had a very bad experience with the owner/manager Kim. I called a head of time to make a reservation and I had a gift certificate to use. The owner picked up the phone and upon inquiring about a treatment she informed me that the certificate depriciates in value $2 every month not used. No where does it state that on the certificate. When trying to reason with her and make it clear that it was a gift and someone receiving it would never know she wanted nothing to hear of it. When I asked to speak with a manager she never informed me that she was the actual owner/manager. I was told "the manager is in a meeting now." I later found out that she in fact is the owner from a fill in girl at the front desk. Very disappointed in the customer service skills of the owner. For that reason I will never return. She was very nasty when trying to reason with her. I would have been treated kinder from a nail salon massage.
Incredibly Rude Service.
Upon trying to make an appointment with the owner I was told that you cannot use 2 gift certificates towards the same service. She then asked me if I have ever worked for a large corporation or owned my own business. She said if I did I would know that this is an industry standard. I then called 2 other area spas who said it would be no problem to use 2 gift certificates towards the same service. When I called back to inquire further, the owner began to argue with me the other salon's policy as well as explain in detail how she was sorry that I did not agree with the way she chooses to run her business. I have bought many gift certificates to this spa, and I'm sorry I've given them the business.
I'm sorry, but if you own a small business in this economy, you should take great strides to please a customer, not talk in a demeaning manner to them, argue with them and give them false information.
