Difficult Company to Deal With. Their service man was lovely. Dealing with the office is a different story. They are curt, unflexible and are not customer friendly. Unfortunately, they are the only company in our area that services our appliance. Had I any other options, I would happily pay a different service company. Based on reading another person's account that their customer file has been "tagged" and they will no longer be serviced, I am afraid to give too much information. Buyer beware. If you have another option for service, take it.

Not Good Businees Owner / Poor Customer Service. I was put in touch with this company by the warranty company that I purchased my appliances from. Needless to say, from the first phone call three weeks ago, I should have known this company was going to be a problem. Stuck because I had a warranty, I went throught with making an appointment. The service man came and was nice. He left saying he was going to call me with the part information and let me know what to expect...The next day, the owner Eric called and left a message asking if the machine worked and to call him back. I called him back, and he never returned my phone call. I called a few days later...no phone call back. I finally called the third time and was promised that after a conference call he'd return my phone call. No phone call again. I called the next day, mind you this is going on about two weeks and still my washer is not working, and was told that they don't work for the warranty company and the parts were on backorder. I had no idea they even ordered parts. The gentlemen Foster was rude, and unprofessional stating that he has flaged my account and they will NOTcome to my house and complete the repair work. The owner Eric is not a good business man for keeping a customer waiting for two weeks. I'd think twice about calling this company for any repair service. I'm just trying to save you from aggrevation and from getting upset.

Great Service...Honest People. Recently my dishwasher stopped working and found out that Island Wide Appliance is the place to go for all your high end repairs.The dishwasher was serviced by Island Wide within a few days and the technician that was sent to my home was very nice and gave my wife and I some great customer education.Thanks So Much Island Wide!!!!

Very accomodating. Last week my refridgerator completely stopped holding temperature right before the holiday weekend. I called several local repair services who indicated the soonest service call was more than a week away! Islandwide was very accomodating in my emergency. They visited me the next day and took care of my refridgerator issue. The technician offered a ton of helpful advice as well. Both their office workers and technicians were extremely gratious and accomodating.

Great Service. Called for service in Amagansett. The office was extremely courteous and very helpful. I would use them again. I agree with the previous rating, you get back what you give.

I read the last review. Sometimes you get what you give.. I had Island Wide Appliance service my Sub Zero and Viking and I found them to be professional and on time. I use them for all my appliance service needs. I read the last review. Sometimes you get what you give. Great company.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BAD EXPERIENCE, RUDE OFFICE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!DON'T DO WHAT IS PROMISED!
