Valley Streams Best Women's Gym. This has everything I would want in a gym and more. Great personal trainers, friendly staff, babysitting, and fun - jam-packed classes with instructors that kick your butt into shape. I've lost over fifteen pounds when I joined this gym and it's the only one I'll ever be going to.

Great Classes! Friendly Members!.
This is NOT the executive offices, but one of their gyms!
I just joined about a month ago, and I LOVE it! Not only are the classes AMAZING (especially ZUMBA), bit the atmosphere is great as well! The staff is helpful, but it's the atmosphere in the club I like - the other members make you feel welcome as well! It's like a girl's night out - but a healthy one! My advice - CHECK THEM OUT!!
