Metamorphosis Salon

Without a doubt the best salon in the Tri-state area. I travel a lot with my job and can honestly say that margarita and the girls at metamorphosis are the best. I have had my hair done in some of the most expensive places in both New York City and New Jersey and nothing compares to the quality of work that these girls show. I’ve been a customer for about 5 years and I couldn’t even imagine going anywhere else. Every time I walk in I feel very welcomed. Everyone is very attentive to your needs and they are the only ones I trust my hair with. There expertise and skill make me value their opinions so much more. Great Service, Great Vibe and Great Girls!. I strongly disagree with the review below. I travel from New Jersey to get my hair done at this salon. The owner is great with color and highlights. A true stylist knows what goes with your complexion. She is truly amazing!! She really does miracles. My hair was the worst. Now I love it!! The girls are so friendly and are the best in the industry. The prices are more than reasonable. I love going to that place. She is the only stylist for me. Do Not Waste Your Money!. My recommendation is to stay very far away from this salon. I have been a client for a year, and I have found that the owner, whom constantly gossips about her ex-husband, is more concerned about blabbing than catering to the clinet's wants and needs. She claims to have the "expertise" of a NYC salon owner, yet she lacks all the class that should come with it. Additionally, she does not always fulfill your wishes for a cut or color. For example, upon my last visit, I arrived with a picture in hand, ready to show what I wanted, and was basically rejected. I was told that the color would make me look "fake" and she basically did what she wanted to my hair. Despite telling her I was growing out my bangs, she turned my chair around so that I couldn;t see the mirror. She did cut them again, and now I look like Pippi Longstocking. The color matches Pippi also. I went in with a dignified picture of Carrie Underwood, and left the salon looking like Cyndi Lauper....unevenly cut bangs...to say the least. She messed up the toner the first time she did, it so she had to damage and dry out my hair even more by applying something to take it out and then add a new toner. As another client came in, she left me in a chair as if I was chopped liver. I had called to make this appointment 2 weeks in advance. I scheduled time for a double process, and when I got there, she toid me that it was too much to do and highlights would suffice. Needless to say, I went home and cried, and my hsuband forbade me to ever go back to that horrid place....no person should ever leave a slaon crying. To top it off, she still charged me!…

Five stars for Metamorphosis Salon. I have been a client of Metamorphosis salon for about 2 years now and I love their service. The stylists are professional and educated in the latest techniques of cutting and coloration. You get what you pay for. If you pay for a half-price hair cut, this is probably what you will get.

I do wonder if the sense of entitlement was actually on the part of Uber Consumer. The customer is not always right and is not entitled to have the full attention of the business person at the expense of other clients that are in the salon. Was an appointment made to touch up the hair cut? Was this a drop-in with an expectation that Uber Consumer should be attended to immediately, at the expense of any other clients that were in the salon, either waiting for an appointment or already in the chair? I suspect that Uber Consumer would not have found it acceptable if the stylist began attending to another client who had a similar expectation of "flexibility".…
