Best coffee house in Idaho with fresh roasted coffee to boot!

If you are looking for a specialty coffee shop, wonderful and a unique atmosphere then you have arrived. When i arrived at the Dancing Dogs i was greeted by a friendly barista who was enthusiastic and all smiles. The best thing I liked about our exchange was that i was able to tell her my general preferences and she was able to recommend and make the perfect drink. She was very knowledgeable about coffee and willing to talk shop. I have interested in coffee roasting for a while now and these guys have a giant one right in the cafe where you can watch the process. Apparently they buy fair trade green coffee beans and roast them. The barista was adamant that they only keep their beans for two weeks to encourage the best cup. And I would have to agree it is the best coffee I have ever tried... no exaggeration. As far as decoration goes they have a cafe full of ancient Asian art and work by local artists. Warm wood tones and cozy couches and chairs to relax in. For my experience I could not ask for more.
