HOLY FITNESS!.
I didnt think my fitness routine needed a supplement. I was only looking for a self defense course. Wow have I changed my mind, routine and body and FAST!
Each class begins with a plyometric heavy workout lasting approx 12 mins. I would not have thought I could gain so much muscle mass and core strength in such a short workout in such a short amount of time! HUGE results!
Im super happy with my new routine here and not to mention, the awesome people and tight knit group feel. And, oh yeah, I'm also learning jujitsu and judo..I would give 6 stars if there were such a thing!! This place is awesome!!!…
FIVE STAR DOJO.
This place is great! Primarily teaching small circle jujitsu and judo, the style taught here is really rounded out by the owner / Master's diverse Martial Arts background. And all is taught from
both self defense and sport perspectives so classes really apply to a wide range of students.
You have stand up from all ranges, close quarters jujitsu and striking, grappling and ground self defense, weapons defense and retention, multiple attackers and more. The style feels both hard and soft.
One thing that is found here is the attention paid to stiuational self defense. Defense in real life scenarios such as while in a vehicle or if you have your children with you when attacked. The rules change under these circumstances and focus on this is often overlooked in many martial arts schools.
So glad I found this dojo and plan to train here for as long as possible!!…
