Horrible Customer Service. I wish I had read these reviews before I got involved with Eco Stone Works in Amherst, NH. Did they have a good price...yes, however they left my job unfinished for months. They were completely untimely and customer service....they are the worst. We were actually told that we should do some of the cutting to help the installtion process.

I was actually yelled at by someone who sounded like they had a 5th grade education when explaining to them what was going on. They said I got a really good deal and it shouldn't matter to me how long it took to finish the job as I was "lucky" to have gotten that price. He also told me that there was nothing in the invoice that said a job had to be "complete" or "timely"...can you imagine this???

Yes, I was originally quoted a fair price, but for a job that was never finished and poorly installed. Not for what I ended up with. He told me basically that for he discounted price I was quoted that I need to just "deal" with it.

I really have to stress that if you are considering using them, unless you have a background in countertop installation and want to just buy the materials off of them. Save yourself the headache, rudeness and lack of professionalism and customer service and use another more reputable company that can deliver and install better product and service. I wish I never got involved with this company.…
