Very Unhappy!!!. I will never go to this place again. I went there to get my hair and makeup done for my highschool prom. The lady who did my hair was so busy talking to the other stylists she burnt my ear. Everyone there was very unprofessional and the place just looks dirty. The curls in my hair were gone by the time I got home (20 minute drive) and I ended up having to curl it all myself before leaving. In addition, my makeup looked like some sort of facepaint, I literally had no idea what the person was thinking when I had told her I typically don't wear any makeup at all aside from a little mascara and eyeliner. I expressed extreme disappointment and disatisfaction with everything that had happened and there was never any offer to give me a discount when it really should have been free. I had to redo my hair and remove my makeup. I would highly suggest you go somewhere else! I wasted 90 dollars here!

Great place for electrolysis. After my first bad experience with electolysis @ another salon, I started going to Ecotage Salon and have been very pleased with my results. Laura is professional with her work and demands perfection. She adds a personal touch that goes beyond her service. I have been going Laura for a number of years and am pleased to say my daughters and granddaughters have been pleased with her service also. I highly recommend going to Ecotage Salon and especially to Laura for your electrolysis.

great place for waxing. They are efficient, and very nice. Kim is a perfectionist with doing Brazilian waxing, and will also color eyebrows. Good prices.

Love Macy's - Didn't Love Ecotage. I love Macy's clothes, shoes, handbags, etc. so I thought I'd love their salon. While the prices were great and the people were friendly, my haircut wasn't top notch. When I first met with my stylist, she asked what I wanted done. I told her I'd had the same hairstyle for five years and wanted a change. I wanted a suggestion from her. She looked at me almost stunned. Her suggestion was to just go with the same haircut I currently had because it was a pretty cut. So, she didn't listen to my needs and offered zero suggestions. Then, the cut was fine - she just shaped up my previous cut - but she styled it terribly. I am 26 years old, and she styled it much older - like an elderly's woman's. After I got home and styled it as usual, I liked it, but hey, not much had changed. I wouldn't go back, but the cut wasn't too bad. I like to leave feeling beautiful, but I left there feeling embarrassed at the way my hair was styled.
