Good food... poor phone/people skills!. The food is always decent, but in the dozen or so times that we have ordered from them, I hang up each time claiming that I won't call them again. The person who takes the orders is unfriendly and acerbic... basically shouting at me. He usually drops the phone after screaming, "One hour!" If another Chinese delivery restaurant moves into the area, I'm jumping ship.
