Best Tattoo Shop in Delaware. I absolutely love this tattoo shop!!! My family and I all love tattoos, so when ever any of us are looking for a new piece. There is no question of were to go. Tattoo Mafia is the place! The owners, Chris and Lisa are so nice and down to earth. They make us feel very comfortable and are very personable. The shop is the cleanest around. They recognize their clients.. I would never getting a tattoo from either Chris or Lisa, The current chest piece that is being done is getting done by chris..
