This salon is Delaware's best kept secret! It's stylish, honest, knowledgeable and caring. The hair products, specifically Kerastase', are amazing! KRISTIN P ROCKS - she is amazing and on par with celebrity stylists! And truth be told, all the stylists are BETTER THAN GOOD! And there's excellence in eyebrow and eyelash tinting! And Kelly's massages are better than chocolate! Seriously, if you want ok hair - stay where you are. If you want hair that's "BAM" and screams "Hi, I just finished a photo shoot!" - trust me.... MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND GO - IT'S LIFE CHANGING :)

="My stylist Jill, knows what she is doing! I used to live in new York city and went to a top salon with celebrity clients. I was nervous to come to Delaware, I thought I would have to go back to NY just to get my highlights done! I was so excitedwhen I met Jill at salon 828! She is awesome, she knows blonds! , and made me feel confident in my transition! Thank you Jill! Your the best!

I love being able to sit in Jill's chair and trust her to give me a great cut and beautiful blond highlights. I get complements every where I go! She has been doing my hair for ten years and I will never leave her. She is truly a highlighting specialist, my color is amazing! Thanks Jilly!
