Good Food, BUT fast food type take-out service. We've enjoyed may meals while dining "in" at The Lobster Tail, BUT, have never had a take out order with out a problem. We routinely got the wrong meals and/or sides, when calling in ahead of time, so we recently waited and placed the order when we arrived. Six meals in total. Two fishermans platters ordered, but had 2 haddock dinners when we got home. One dish had wrong sides. First response when we called about it was "Less than helpful". Manager had a better attitude, but I still had to drive over 10 minutes each way to get it fixed. Rest of the party had eaten before I returned.

Then on Sat., the last time we will ever get take out from there, we placed the order when we arrived. Had to remind them twice to include one of the dinners. Got home and found we had a fried haddock dinner instead of baked, and another dinner had fries instead of rice and veggies.

I know...."Check your order before you leave", but that's a pain when everything is wrapped up, bagged and sealed for travel. And should not be necessary at a place like this.

Again, Good food, fair prices. But check everything twice if you're taking it to go.
