What a pleasure it was to deal with Metro Livery!!!! They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction from my initial contact to make my reservation to my drop off at my final destination. I will definitely use their service again and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Executive cars, trailer trash management. I have no issue with the drivers or vehicles. You always see their cars and they are clean and presentable. The drivers are always pleasant. It is the office staff that treat everyone like they are the enemy and look down at customers, drivers and the public. Shame on them. From now on, I'll stick with Basic Black Limo service or Roadrunner Limo service. At least with them, you never get treated like dirt.
Where did they find this woman!!!!. I was introduced to this company through a friend a few months ago. It has always been a habit of mine to question the name of the person I have spoken with in the event that my plans for their service are in need in changing. This past Saturday night I requested a vehicle and spoke to a woman Laura. She was very professional and helpful. Our vehicle arrived on time requested and driver was excellent. On Sunday afternoon I spoke with a woman named Tracy. Once again, the service was excellent, Monday afternoon I called and spoke with someone named Thersea to schedule a pickup for a friend, It seemed that she was trying to rush me off the phone. She was talking back and forth with another person while trying to get information from me. I asked her to read the information back to me and was told "I have all the information and we will be there," My friend called me about fourty-five minutes later to let me know his vehicle hadn't arrived. I called back wanting to know when vehicle would be arriving and was told there was no run scheduled to pick him up but they would have a car there within thirty minutes they were busy. When I explained that my friend needed to be on time for appoinment, she was very rude and suggested that I call a cab. After receiving this type of treatment, I will never use their service again nor suggest this company to anyone I know.
owner needs lesson in manners. this company by far has to have the rudest most uneducated owner. after traveling 1800 land miles and 2400 nautical miles on my 10 day vacation and treated polite by everyone i met , i arrive home to call my ride and was greeted by the owner who wanted to change to agreed on fare i had in writing. she is extremely unhelpful , rude, uncurteous and unprofessional. The impression she made on me was none other than " uneducated". i would love to have wriiten a wonderful review but i must speak the truth about the way i was treated. i prepaid with credit and tipped the drivers well over 20 percent but was spoke to rudely by the owner. the only nice thing about this company WAS the drivers. cars were not real clean but most of all offensive rude phone service. will never use again. I would pay 3 times what metro livery charged me to another company with manners in the future. i referred 2 other cars so this company lost 3 families business.
Sad. I hate that this service has gone downhill. We need a good car service in Nashville. Yellow Cab, I'm coming back to you.
Very Competitive Prices . What a pleasure, lowest prices and I shopped them all. Great service. The lady who took my reservation was a delight and the driver I could not have ask for a better one if I picked him myself. I will definitely use this service again. Excellent value

I read your reviews. I am sorry I do not believe both of you. It looks like you spent a lot of your time to make up your stories. I used this service for many many years and recommended to many many people. They are always on time and if they are late they DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR THE RIDE, EVEN THEY OFFER TO PAY YOUR AIRPORT PARKING IN CASE IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE AIRPORT. If they were late every time why were you still using them and making reservations? And why you got upset when they did not want to serve you? What company does not want to make money and cancel the reservations. Give me a break!

If you are a competitor please work hard to do something better and compete with others with your performance, do not waste your time to write fake reviews.
Many Thanks!. I used them on Mother's Day . I just wanted us to be dropped off at our location and then picked back up a few hours later. All the other services that I called would not do this. They wanted us to keep the car the entire time which would have cost a fortune. Not only did they accommodate us at the last minute, they let us make several changes even up to the same day AND they are open 24 hours. The driver was on time, the car was super nice and the drivers were courteous!

I booked a stretch Escalade for my sister's bachelorette party. I knew it was prom season & Derby weekend so I called over a month in advance. They set me up and sent me a confirmation.
Day of I called to verify everything and woman who answered said "yes everything looks great". I said "ok so we have the Escalade-etc." She said" let me check " then put me on hold and came back to say "Sorry that vehicle broke down last night & we have no other cars"
Which everyone in the industry knows our reservation got bumped for someone else paying a higher amount. Then the woman kept hanging up on me and wouldn't explain anything. So childish & unprofessional. We had to postpone the bachelorette party. I was furious.
