Gluten-free options. My husband and I are gluten-sensitive. The manager came to our table to discuss how they prepared all our food. The steaks were very good and the service excellent. We will definitely return.
NEVER had a problem at Longhorn Steak. I live in Brentwood and frequent the restaurant on a regular basis and have NEVER had a problem of any sort. The service has ALWAYS been excellent and the food excellent as well. The food has been slow at times due to busy weekend diners crowding the place, but thats to be exxpected ANYWHERE. I think whats going onhere more than anything is disgruntled former employees posting bad reviews. As a legitimate customer, I give them a 7.5 on a scale of 1-10.
Possibly the worst dining experience ever. I would like to comment on the food, but never received my order. i did receive a line of BS from the "waitress" who blamed the issue on the kitchen. strange, every table she had was having issues receieving their food, but all of the other servers were able to get food to their customers. Horrible service and the other cuple times i have been there then food is average. Its a "nothiong better to do" place, wouldn't plan a dinner there! The waffle house across the street gives better service!
Good Steak Worst Service.
It's good place for weekends and some special days to spend with your loved ones!
It's delicious and fresh food!
I and my husband have been there thrice and everything was fine even though it's crowded sometime.
In our last visit for dinner waitress didn't serve us properly! She forgot to bring bread with butter before food, then she brought regular water instead of bottled water, and when she brought 2 bottles of water she forgot glasses, and dishes weren't clean enough, but she took her tips! She should be happy when she behave like this with customer she still took tip as a beggar!
Avoid Take Out. My husband and I have been here 4+ times for carryout and the service has been awful. First you have to pick up your food at the bar which is always crowded and takes 5 min to get anyones attention. And of course, the food is never ready! (It will be ready in 30 minutes means it will be ready in 60 minutes) After waiting, the order is never right!! We have learned to check our food in the restaraunt; however, the last time we did this, we waited 15 minutes for the cinnamon apples to defrost that were left out from the meal. This place is a joke!!!!
National chain rustles up rib eyes, T-bones and fillets in a kid-friendly, Lone Star-inspired setting..
In Short
One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.
