Tips for Signature Nails Spa

Terrible. I was excited when a co-worker got a gift card for me from this salon. i had heard all of the hype about it and couldn't wait to go. However upon my arrival I felt like I was on an assembly line. In my opinion you go to a nail spa to relax and be pampered. The place was so busy that there were not enough nail drying stations nor enough seats for people to sit and wait for their nails to dry. People were just standing there. I felt bad for them. If it wasn't for the wine they offered to me I may have been one to complain. They butchered my cuticles, the polish quality was poor, and the foot massage was blah. Really? I don't understand the hype AT ALL!

I will never return!!!. Poor services, products, rude workers! I had a fill on a Wednesday, by Friday it was already lifting. I was not able to return to ask that it be fixed until Monday. I was told I should have returned immediately (sorry, my schedule didn't allow me the time to return and sit in the chair another 1.5 hours "immediately"). I asked that the fill be fixed at no charge. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to help me, and having my nails looked at by seemingly every worker on staff (and being spoken about in another language) I was told they would "fix" for $25. If I had to pay to have their work corrected, I was certainly not going to pay THEM! I don't know why I went to Signature in the first place; I have always gone to Venetian and NEVER had this problem nor been treated this way.

Very Disappointed!. Two weeks ago, I had pink and whites done. The technician burned two of my nails on the nail bed. That section of my nail is now darker than the rest of the nail.

And past weekend, I was dissapointed in the way my tech rushed through my pedi,,,forgetting which I had ordered. She put lotion on,,,then said ""oops"" you were supposed to get the scrub...which she used on me and her version of a massage was about 5 minutes,,,, When a service is paid for,,,clients expect nothing less...I am not sure why she was in such a hurry, but I left disappointed with the services, and probably will never return.

Compared to Venetian, I'd absolutely rather go to Signature.. It was a busy weekend, but the manager was managing the place pretty efficiently. In a minute, our pedi chairs were ready, and the lady were waiting for us. While they're working on, they were friendly even though they didn't speak English fluently. They constantly asked if everything was all right. They never chatted each other and paid full attention to our feet and nails. Through pedicure and manicure, we felt well treated and are very happy with the job they did. We're definitely going back.

Can't beat the price!. I got my nails done here last night. My manicurist was tedious about doing things right and my nails came out looking great! I enjoyed having my pick of a free beverage with choices of bottled water, soft drinks, or even white wine. I got the basic manicure and pedicure and it was fabulous-- complete with hot towels, moisturizer, and massage. I was expecting to pay between $70 and $80, but to my surprise it was only $50! (Of course, I left a $10 tip) I was so pleased with the value that next time, I will upgrade to the deluxe mani/pedi!

The only con was that they were extremely busy, which was odd for a Thursday. I would recommend going during the day if possible to avoid the after work rush.

Rude staff. On the one occasion I went, I got a pedicure. I intended on getting a manicure, but the woman who was to do the manicure could not speak English and was very rude when she could not understand what I asked her to do. The man who did my pedicure cut my cuticles too much and left abrasions on my feet. The staff also complained about the lateness of my appointment. They were probably too rushed to clean everything properly. I also discovered later that they left me a lovely parting gift....a toenail fungus. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!The pedicure did not even look that good. I am highly disappointed!!!!

Not as great as other reviews make it sound.. Yes, they were punctual. Yes, they were relatively inexpensive. ($32 for a mani & eyebrow wax) No, this was not a pleasant experience. The place was packed and the noise level was almost unbearable. Dueling TVs blasted at full volume over the music playing in the background. The stylists shouted across the room at each other over the din of the other customers. My manicurist didn't speak any English, so another worker had to shout translations at me. Throughout the entire experience, I kept bumping elbows with the women on either side of me because we were jammed in there like sardines. I also got an eyebrow wax, and it was literally a "drive-by waxing." While the manicurist was doing my nails, this other woman pushes a cart up next to me, twists me around almost backwards (think, The Exorcist), and procedes to wax my eyebrows in less than 2 minutes. Then she's off again with her cart to assault the next victim. I was out of there in 30 minutes. If you want an assembly line job that is only of acceptable quality, then this place is bearable. If you want a relaxing experience and a quality job, stay clear of Signature.

BEST nail salon EVER (It sounds like I'm exaggerating, but I'm not!). I love this place. I take everyone I know there if they are visiting or just have never been. I've gone alone, with one or two friends, and as a large group when renting out the whole place, and it never, never, never fails to amaze. It's squeaky clean and posh, with a beautiful painted ceiling, elegant decor, lots of TV's to watch while you're getting your mani or pedi, and the most massage chairs you've ever seen. The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating; they refill your wine glass (a very nice perk!), and are gentle and professional. I LOVE the Signature Pedicure with the salt scrub, masque, and warm towels... It's heavenly. Go there with a friend to relax and chat, or just by yourself to feel pampered at a very reasonable cost. It's the BEST!!!

Best in Nashville. This salon is friendly, punctual, cost efficient and convenient. They offer great services at bargain prices with wonderful perks. Not only is the staff friendly and professional, they are helpful, accomodating and go above and beyond. I have been at various times--for weddings, days, nights, weekends, you name it, and it is always top notch. The manicurists are so friendly. It's the best deal in town!

First Class services. Absolutely love this place! Complimentary wine, sodas and water with any service. They take extra time for pedicures, giving you a great foot and calf massage. Every nail polish color in the world to choose from. Wonderful friendly staff who aim to please. Nice clients with few teens.
