From the owner. I'd like to explain the poor review by J.S.. The client lived 2 hours away from any of our technicians and it took me weeks to find anyone willing to travel there. This technician was the only option so I was upfront with the client that we were putting all our eggs in one basket should things fall through. 4 days before her event, I received a call from the technician (who had recent had surgery). She had developed an infection in her stitches and was worried she might have to cancel. I let the client know what was going on to see if she had any other options available. Soon after, I got another call if from my tech saying she would do it because she didn't want to disappoint the client. I immediately notified the client that everything should be fine now. The client refused all my offers to have this technician come out (this is despite the fact that the technician's husband had taken the day off of work just to drive her the two hours, carry in her things, and wait to take her home). There was absolutely nothing more I could do to try and please this client, and believe me, any of our clients would tell you we bend over backwards to make things right,
