Great Business!. Picked out some frames. They were nice. But what I was imoressed on was the staff and the ability to satisfy every customer while they were busy, and still get my glasses in a little over an hour. Koodos to the staff of Success Vision....You're doing an excellent job : )…
Won't Go Anywhere Else. Came in to get some new glasses because my old frames were literally being held together by some floss. I liked the variety of the frames they had, but I LOVED the prices. The convenience of having it done same day with good service was good too! A lady named Alice helped me and she was exceptional. She took my prescription and told me the best frames for me. And she was honest about what looked good and what didn't. I came back a week later because they were bent and they fixed them with no problem. She didn't have an attitude and she still treated me as if I was going to spend more money. Success Vision seems to have it all together.…
No problems. Got 2 pairs of glasses for about $180. One pair I got as sunglasses and both were bifocals. I've had these for about a week now and I don't have any problems. The service was good and the speed of getting the glasses ready was reasonable. My wife actually while I was there made an appointment to get her eyes examined and she'll go to Success Vision to get her glasses.…
Inexpensive but not Cheap!.
What I mean by my headline is that Success Vision has an inexpensive product but doesn't cut-back on quality or service.
My husband recently got laid-off, so we had to cut back. As luck would have it, my glasses broke, so I had to get a new pair.
I've never shopped here, so I expected ugly and a poorly made product! I was happily wrong. I found a cute pair for about $60 (for everything)!
I also decided to browse around to see what else they offered. They have a good selection. I'll be back when we get back on our feet!
So, back to my original statement: Inexpensive but not cheap! I got an inexpensive product and service, yet I wasn't treated worse than the person who bought a more higher-end product.
I had an excellent experience. My glasses haven't broken, I have the correct prescription and I was treated with respect and courtesy.
The only downsides were that they were a lot of customers in there, therefore it was hot. Also, I didn't get my glasses made in an hour or less; it was an hour 20mins, but who's counting??? Lol…
