Renttoday.us Rocks My World

I have to say that I really love Renttoday.us and I'm not just saying that because they asked me to write a review. I probably would have posted one anyway since I enjoy writing about companies, restaurants, hotels, or whatever I happen to experience. Anyway, I'm a journalist and I'm away on assignment quite often and sometimes I'm out of the country. I had the bright idea of purchasing two 8 unit complexes in Fontana for investment purposes thinking it would be a simple deal and maybe fun to talk with the tenants, do some painting once in a while, collect the rent - Boy, was I wrong! Almost every tenant of mine was a complete nightmare and they took advantage of my niceness and ignorance to no end. I was really quite a mess when I finally came in contact with Renttoday.us! But, they did not bat an eyelash at my predicament and came in and took over like pros. I had 3 vacant units, one in evictions, and two that were late on their rent. I even had suspected some shady dealings going on in one of the units. In about 3 months, Renttoday had my 8 units in ship shape and all leased and generating income. It was actually incredible! It's been over a year now since that crazy time and things are still trucking along famously. I really would like to thank Renttoday for taking an enourmous burdeon off my shoulders and taking care of business professionally and quickly. I recommend them to any property owner who is looking for competent, friendly, and reliable property management services. Go Renttoday.us!

Good Reviews are FAKES written by WCPS/Renttoday employees

It's funny that there are so many positive reviews that are obviously all FAKE and written by the employees of the company. Other REAL people who have actually used the services of this company have already called them out on it. Anyway, we owned a property and enlisted the services of WCPS / RentToday to find a tenant and manage the property. We used them for one year and then dropped them as soon as our contract was up. Initially when they came out to take a look at our property and have us sign the paperwork they were very pleasant and seemed like they would do a good job for us. But once we signed on, everything changed. When I would try and call the office with questions or simple requests they would never pick up the phone. I would have to call 4 or 5 times and leave a message before someone would call me back. And then they would deny that receiving my vm messages in the first place. They always sort of had an attitude that made me feel like they were doing me a favor by returning my calls or answering my question. The worst part of it is, when my tenant decided to break their lease and informed WCPS of it, WCPS didn't even let us know! They waited about a month and then sent us an email saying basically "oops we didn't tell you last month when your tenant informed us of this, but your tenant is moving out next week. We're going to set up ads to list your property and you will have to pay an additional fee for that." no apology, nothing.

Anyway don't be fooled by how nice and caring they come across in the initial meeting. Things will quickly change once you sign them on as your property managers.

Also, the positive reviews that are posted here seem so obviously fake. if you google reviews for them on other websites, you will see several positive reviews all posted within one to two months of eachother.

Bottom line is, don't fall for their sales pitch (or the fake glowing reviews here either). These are the rudest, most dishonest and incompetent property managers I have ever used.
