Renttoday.us is my "go to" property management firm.

I had never leased my property out before but I was going through a job transfer and moving out of state. I was extremely nervous about having strangers lease my home and worried about all the things that could go wrong, as you can imagine. Since I was going to be out of state I figured my best bet was to look for a company who would take care of everything for me. I really had no idea of what I was looking for or what the services entailed before I started my research. I stumbled across Renttoday.us on the internet and they made the process so incredibly easy. For one thing, I was doing my research at about 2am and that is when I found their site. I was able to basically learn all about property management by reading their downloads. It's so comprehensive, I hardly had any questions. They even brought up issues that I would never even think about and I actually learned alot that night. I still continued to research other companies but getting information out of them was like pulling teeth. I figured that if they are not forthcoming with sales information which they should want to give out, then how are they going to be with my information. That made me concerned. I called Renttoday and talked to a rep there and he was down at my house the same day. We went over my house, he took pictures, and in a matter of 45 minutes everything was done, finalized, and completed. That night, my house was listed on their website and about 3 weeks later I had a tenant moving into my place. It was really amazing and I recommend this company to everyone who needs this type of service. Truly excellent business.

AWESOME SERVICE

I'm a real estate investor and have been buying homes and rehabbing them for over 5 years now. I have two homes in Fontana, 4 homes in Rancho cucamonga, 1 property in Chino, and 4 in the high desert. Most of these properties are single family homes.
In the past I had tried to manage properties myself but it was always such a hassle dealing with the tenants, the non-payments, their excuses, etc. I'm not the best at confrontation and they often walked all over me sad to say! I was never really good at taking a strong line when tenants had sad stories to tell even when I knew it probably was not true. Almost every month at least one of my tenants would have some serious medical issue or a family member die, it was getting really ridiculous. I sometimes would have my husband take over for me but he's so busy as well with his company that we just didn't have the time or expertise.
I hired WCPS and everything really turned around for my properties. Three tenants who had not paid in months were all evicted in about 4 weeks and my other two chronic late payers snapped into shape in a matter of a few months with their constant contact. When the tenants moved out, the company completed all the rent ready work so quickly and nicely I really didn't have to lift a finger. I actually had time to go to the mall once or twice when normally I would have been at the property every weekend either waiting on vendors or trying to save money and do some things myself which would never come out quite as I had hoped.
Also, I had researched many other companies and for the price, WCPS offered so much more. Not only that but their website is amazing. I was traveling in Belize for business and I was able to log on every night and check the status of my vacant home, see inquiries, see applications being processed and the minute the home was leased I got an auto generated email to my blackberry....now that's real time service. All of this without having to make lengthy phone calls, leave voice mails, etc. Love it. No other company had the technology that this company has.
I really appreciate all they have done for my portfolio and would recommend them to other investors without a doubt. If you are looking for a good company than I really recommend them to you for your homes.

I'm a property owner, not an employee, and I've had a great experience with Renttoday. I decided to sell one of my properties, but I still have 3 of my other properties that are managed by Renttoday. I also recomended one of my neighbors to Renttoday, and they are very satisfied with this company. I recomend Renttoday.
