What a FABULOUS little gem of a store!. I wandered into Habit (and its neighboring connected lingerie shop, I See London) the other day while running errands in Green Hills...I wasn't looking for anything in particular, but came away with two bags FULL of my new summer wardrobe! Everything about this boutique is perfection-- from the whitewashed wooden floors, to the pleasant music, to the re-purposed display...and I haven't even gotten to the friendly service and CLOTHES yet! The girl working was super helpful, gave her honest opinion, and was not at all pushy (major pet peeve of mine when I feel like someone is relying on me for their commission). Habit stocks all of my favorite lines that are hard to come by in Nashville-- Joie, Rebecca Taylor, Love Quotes scarves, Splendid, and Roberta Freymann...the kind of clothes that make you feel like you're in Santa Barbara or Southampton-- not Tennessee! Packed with basics (and underpinnings, conveniently right next door!), beachy separates, floaty tops, an AWESOME selection of denim, and so much more, Habit is, without a doubt, going to become my new go-to store for clothes that make my style look effortless and chic.

Horrible service, slim selection, don't bother!. When I entered the store, there was only one other customer and two saleswomen, neither of whom bothered to glance in my direction--mind you, the store is small. When I finally got one saleswoman's attention, she acted as if I was imposing on her when I asked for assistance. She held up one item, which did not match my description and told me that what I was looking for was scattered around the store, so I should look. When I asked for further assistance, she simply ignored me. Needless to say, I left without wasting more of my time.

Great find!. I was in this adorable shopping center looking for shoes, when I walked into Habit. What a find! The selection is great, and not too expensive! You can tell some thought was put into the clothes in the store. Next time you need a boost to your wardrobe, or a unique gift, go look at Habit! Kudos to the buyer!

Store. Not much of a selection. The sales associate wasn't very helpful or interested that I was even in the very small store. I do not recommend this store - I would rather shop online.

Fashionista's Heaven. Habit is an amazing find in Nashville because it carries unique, hard to find labels. The cutest things in my closet have come from this store. You can be confident that when you go out, you won't see other people wearing the same thing. Everytime I go into Habit I'm always impressed by the merchadise and service. This boutique offers the ideal shopping experience and is always worth a visit.

a nashville must for shoppers!!. i live in nyc and have a hard time finding speciality shops in nashville when i come home to visit my family. luckily i came across habit! great selection of fantastic designers in a very comfortable setting. the owner is very helpful when it comes to putting together outfits- also fun selection of cute lingerie! gets my vote for sure.

A boutique without the attitude, Habit stocks fashionable clothes and accoutrements such as tea and candles. These goods are showcased in a pretty, all-white interior, from the painted wood floors to the chandeliers. The small store specializes in New York designers not found in most Nashville boutiques and carries both classic and trendy styles. This mix of tank tops, comfortable sweaters, silky lingerie and funky suits draws a wide clientele of 20- to 50-somethings.
