awesome experience loves to share with you. visit and jude for yourself loved the experience

I am surprised at these reviews, my first appointment I cancelled after I read the review, but the dress I wanted they are the only store that carries it. so with hesitance we made an appointment at La Reine Bridal, believing and judging that it will be quick. The store is full of bride, happy and buying, many came because some one referred them their, I tried the gown I came for, definitely it was not for me, the owner suggested few dresses each was prettier than the previous one, every dresst she explained the material, what she likes and not like about it, her honesty was amazing & surprising, especially she did not try to sell me the expensive ones.behind the building they have a parking lot that takes around 10 cars +street parking, the store is made of 3 salons with curtains dividing where the bride tries dresses and they pull the drapes for the bride to walk to a pedestal in front of her family, lovely experience, very welcoming, cosy tons of gorgeous dresses all price range, my price was 3k I ended up with a dress that cost me much less and beautiful. They just opened another location on main st. I highly recommend La Reine, the selection is great the prices are wonderful, the service is very friendly and professional, even thou they were very busy but they were very polite in trying to keep up with so many appointment. I believe what ever budget you have they will have a dress for you, according to another bride that was picking up her dress brought them flower and was hugging everyone and thanking them while she was leaving the store

wonderful place you must experience. after searching for long and hard I finally found a bridal shop that gave me the feeling of being a bride. the selection is huge a little overwhelming, I thought I should have few appointments with them to see some of their gowns, but fortunately I found my gown from the 2nd visit. of course it was everything that I thought I did not want. and did not want to try it on,but when I put the gown on I did not want to take it off. the 3rd appointment was for my bridesmaid they are all over the country. it was very pleasant this time we went during the week we had the room for 2 hours it was great fun. even my mother found a dress, Ipromissed I will get my mother in law and every one I know, I loved my consultant, I loved the shop I loved how they made me feel. they are not pushy. they respected the budget I gave them. what is amazing the dress I bought that they suggested was half of what I wanted to spend, my opinion they are honest very thorough about their contract explained in detail all the steps coming and experience so far was excellent, the rooms are huge in comparison to all the bridal shops I went to. salon with curtain divider between me and my family very cosy. they have huge inventory of gowns it is overwhelming gorgeous gowns, I did not want the trying to end. also their bridesmaid collection is huge and very reasonable prices. it is better to go during the week, Saturday is very busy. Loved my experience with them

Don't risk your wedding on this store!. I cannot stress enough how HORRIBLE our experience has been with this shop. Yes, my daughter got her dream dress but once the deposit was paid, customer service disappeared. When we went to pick the dress up the person who tried it on her didn't even know that it had an inner corset that needed to be tied. And they don't have their own seamstress in the shop. The charges for the bridesmaids dresses appeared on everyone's December statements - after many days of confusion with the store personnel about the order - but the order itself wasn't placed until months later. Calling the store is a joke because messages are never returned. We asked in February to have a dress changed to a maternity style and were told that it was "no problem". The dress arrived as a regular dress which necessitated incredible stress and cost to get a dress that fit for the wedding which was only weeks away. And the final straw, one of the bridesmaid dresses was sent to the wrong address and it was a miracle that we were able to retrieve it. If this were the last bridal store on earth I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to go there.

Dishonest and rude!. READ ON! I cannot write enough bad things about my experience at La Reine Bridal. When I went for my appointment I found the staff to be rude and pushy. The lady working with me wouldnt listen to what I said and operated by her own agenda. I kept expressing interest in this one gown (the gown I ultimately bought) but my lady refused to let me try it on. My mom and MOH asked her multiple times to show me the gown I was interested in to which she replied "I was hoping you would forget about that gown". Apparently she didnt want to show me the gown because it was under my budget. She was solely there to make a profit and not ensure my dress shopping experience was excellent. To make matters worse my dress did not arrive when they said it would. I called multiple times because with only 6 weeks until my wedding I was getting ansy to schedule a dress fitting. I ended up scheduling a dress fitting before I knew my dress even arrived (and it ended up arriving only the day before my fitting!). When I picked up my dress I discovered that they ordered me the wrong veil. It is not the Monday before my wedding and I have not received my veil. When I called them last week to check on the status of my veil they tried to tell me that I was lucky because they let me borrow a veil, they only charged my $375 for my veil which they said was a $650 veil (not true according to my research), and they paid for rush delivery charges to get me the right veil (uh yeah as they should since they screwed it up, not me!). They were rude and unapologetic. The only positive thing about my experience was working with Elena, the seamstress. She was wonderful. Stay tuned for my final review!

loved La Reine Bridal. I just got married and now that I have a moment, it is time for memory lane. my experience at La Reine Bridal was wonderful, exceeded my expectation of how I wanted to be treated as a bride, I am not an easy person and very picky. I though I knew exactly what I want, but ended up with a dress I did not even dream of wearing, (Model Novias) their collection is amazing, there prices are great much better than other stores that have the same designers, they are patient, the owner was a sweatheart, the staff is down to earth. they thonestly tell you which dress looks good on you. they respect your price range, and even saved me money with few suggestion. they have a wonderful selections of bridesmaid, I ended buying Bill Levkoff, all in all they are wonderful, excellent service very comfortable every time I went there and I went too many times I felt I was visiting friends, large selection the seamstress Elena nice professional knew exactly how to fit me to perfection. Meray and staff thank you for this experience I miss it but promise will be back at my anniversary as you suggested will refer all my friends and hope they will experience the warmth I experienced, han

BEST BRIDAL SHOP!!!. I cannot say enough about my experience at La Reine I'd been to a handful of bridal salons in Boston and all over New England and liked a few dresses but didn't love any, and had mixed feelings about the stores and salespeople.

La Reine went beyond ALL my expectations. After all the bad reviews I almost didnt go. I do not have a big budget but my consultant, Jessia made me feel so special and important--even after I found a dress I loved (that would end up being "the one"), she kept bringing more dresses for me to try. To top it off, when I mentioned I wanted to try on a dress at another salon before making up my mind, she was totally understanding and advised me, "you have to be sure."There Fitting room was amazing- ( you have your own room with a couch and chairs they had candles lit it was so relaxing!!)

I was surprized. I got a dress at La Reine that was beyond my wildest dreams, at a price point well within my budget, and I was even styled by a designer at a trunk show they were having.

Jessica brought me a few dresses that I'd asked for but mostly dresses she and the suggested (I went into it with an open mind and highly suggest you do the same unless you're sure you know exactly what you want). And almost EVERY dress looked good, if not great on me.Jessica knows what fits your body- This did not happen at other salons, and the unflattering dresses left me wondering if I'd ever find the right one! When I had walked in I wasnt excited- She really made it fun and im toatly excited!!!

I believe I had the greatest experience I did because of the store's vast selection, and the knowledgeable staff. The day was like a dream and I'll always remember it! and her, she has called me twice- Once to make a bridesmaid appt, and another for a ship date-but she says she will call to follow me threw. Which I think is amazing, sometimes you need an extra friend :)

I had a wonderful experience as a bride at la reine, selection is huge and excellent prices are affordable, quality/stylish gowns. latest fashion for mothers.. friendly and down to earth staff. no nonsence place. the store is lovely and spacious. 2nd floor they must have over 200 gowns on sale love love loved it definitely will be back. as you can see I am very impressed and was referred to them by a co worker that had a great experience at this place. I felt I need to post my review, after reading so many reviews some loves them and some not I had to try for myself . I am glad I did. db

Worst Experience!!!. This was my first day trying on gowns and I made an appointment. One of the consultants came through and was very matter of fact, not friendly AT ALL. We get to dresses and she shows me where all the dresses (in my price range were) and then takes me to the changing room to get started. She didn't listen to what i wanted, told me what she wanted me to try on and just didn't give me the time of day. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes!!!! it took me 20 minutes to try on 6 dresses...there is a problem....and i didn't like any of the dresses she showed me. The quality to be desired. I will NEVER go back again. It is a shame. I know she is not the owner but man, with todays economic times you have to have great customer service or you won't maintain business. I am looking elsewhere for a gown. It is a shame that one person can ruin an experience for you. If someone else was working I probably would have had an awesome experience because all these other reviews are positive. IF you go make sure you have the owner work with you. I didn't want to look elsewhere that day after such an awful experience, but my friends wanted me to enjoy the day so I went to La Sposa Bridal and Vows and had AMAZING experience. I may have just found my dress!!!!!

Great dress, great price, and great service at La Reine in Waltham. I bought my wedding dress at La Reine in Waltham and was waited on by the owner, Mirelle. The whole experience was delightful. She was so kind, thoughtful, and hard working. As previous reviews have said, you would never know she was the owner, because she is so modest. I found a gorgeous dress; I had tried it on in another store but because Mirelle was able to sell me the sample (which was in perfect condition) I literally paid 1/2 the price of the other store. My alterations were done by Elena, downstairs from La Reine, though she is a separate business. Elena was meticulous and while her work was not inexpensive, it was worth it because she is a great seamstress. La Reine isn't a fancy looking place from the outside, but the quality of the dresses and most of all, the wonderful owner, make it a must-go place for any bride.

best and cosiest bridal shop. after many visits to many bridal shops in 3 states, I finally found La Reine bridal, they had the designer I wanted Adele Wexsler. and what a lovely store, the store was very busy, I was welcomed warmly by a woman, we put slipper on coming from the snow and were given few magazine to look at while we were waiting 10 min. later we had a room for ourselves, the room was huge surrounded with closet the doors were mirrors, where-ever you looked you saw yourself, which was fun. the first dress I put on was adele I loved but it was over my price range, I must have tried 10 at least Mire the owner was helping me. I knew at the end she was the owner she was humble, I could not believe it, she was very sincere and honest with her advice, her expertise was very appreciated, she was carrying dresses dressing me undressing me, working so hard it was hard to believe she was the owner, I like few dresses plus the adele that I loved, I made another appointment to go back they have way too many dresses to chose from. it is hard when you love dress after dress, but what a wonderful and great experience, also, they had montilio cakes that they were offering to customers which was great because I wanted to go there for taste. all in all so far I had a wonderful time and love my experience, highly recommend every bride should feel the way I felt at this store.ellie
