Geeks Mobile USA - Boston Computer Repair

BEWARE of GEEKS MOBILE: TERRIBLE SERVICE & DISHONEST COMPANY. After failing to realize that they do not have offices in Boston, as they claimed in multiple online business listings and directories (isn't that some sort of Fraud (e.g. false advertising?), I made the mistake of booking an on site appointment. They completely botched the job, misled me and then overcharged for the job and would not make good on it. I then did a bit more research on this company and discovered they are doing this all over the country, writing their own reviews (in some cases on Google they use the same user account to write up to 25+ reviews for themselves in different parts of the country), they don't subscribe the the Better Business Bureau anymore since they have an "F" rating in multiple locations just in MA alone (just Google "BBB Geeks Mobile" and see for yourself). My advice is stay as far away as possible.…

Great Onsite Service. This place doesn't have a drop off location, but you won't care because their techs come right to you at cheaper prices than Best Buy or Microcenter. Best of all, their techs seem really happy to respond to last minute requests, and train you to use your computer. I still feel like I have alot to learn, but now my computer seems more manageable.…

Calling this company was a big mistake. I wanted my personal computer fixed and my boss wanted the office computers upgraded. The entire time we were treated with arrogance by the guy who came. It was obvious that he didn't really know what he was doing and he never fixed the problem. After he left, we called another company that was cheaper and was able to fix it. We also had to pay extra to clean up this guy's mess.…
