She has a warm and wonderful personality and impeccable professionalism. As she works her magic and seamlessly melts away areas of tension, I feel myself melting into the lofty puff of flannel sheets and quilting lightly surrounding me on the very wide and comfortable massage table. It's heaven! I completely let go and as I get off the table I feel longer, wider and so very peaceful. I feel her intent and care every step of the way. ever received!
Jess found every knot and stress point and managed to rejuvenate my entire body! I did not have the typical next day massage pain and I managed to make the drive back from Boston to Ridgewood without my usual aches and pains.
I was able to find Namaste with ease despite not knowing the area. The atmosphere (sounds, decoration, lighting, etc) was very relaxing, and the massage was just the best ever.

I just had my first massage today and am looking forward to my next. My massage therapist, Jess, did an outstanding job and made sure I was completely relaxed, comfortable, and at ease. The
location is great (short distance from the highway), the decor of the office is so peaceful with dim lighting and tranquil music. Jess was so personable and had no problem finding my trouble spots and took care of all of my tension and tight spots.
I loved that there were no distractions here compared to other spas/salons where there is so much other noise going on. I definitely appreciate that Namaste specializes in massage and does it very well. I will make sure to book my next massage soon.…
Great Massages...Very Pleasant Massage Therapists. I'm new to Lexington and was referred to Jess at Namaste. I couldn't get an appointment with her, so I tried Marilu. At this point, I've had massages with both Marilu and Ana. They were excellent. Both therapists spent time with me, listening to what was giving me discomfort and then provided wonderful treatments. They're different from each other, but both did very deep work. Both found my sore spots and both worked very smoothly, moving from one part of my body to the next. I'm very happy with Namaste Massage and would recommend it to anyone looking for either a good deep tissue massage or a relaxation massage.…
