I just had my first massage today and am looking forward to my next. My massage therapist, Jess, did an outstanding job and made sure I was completely relaxed, comfortable, and at ease. The location is great (short distance from the highway), the decor of the office is so peaceful with dim lighting and tranquil music. Jess was so personable and had no problem finding my trouble spots and took care of all of my tension and tight spots. I loved that there were no distractions here compared to other spas/salons where there is so much other noise going on. I definitely appreciate that Namaste specializes in massage and does it very well. I will make sure to book my next massage soon.

I'm new to Lexington and was referred to Jess at Namaste. I couldn't get an appointment with her, so I tried Marilu. At this point, I've had massages with both Marilu and Ana. They were excellent. Both therapists spent time with me, listening to what was giving me discomfort and then provided wonderful treatments. They're different from each other, but both did very deep work. Both found my sore spots and both worked very smoothly, moving from one part of my body to the next. I'm very happy with Namaste Massage and would recommend it to anyone looking for either a good deep tissue massage or a relaxation massage.

If you are in need of a good massage, look no further. In fact, ??????great??????, ??????awesome?????? or ??????exhilarating?????? would be more appropriate descriptions. Whether you prefer deep pressure or a more gentle massage, Namaste will deliver. You could call me a massage junkie. I have literally had hundreds of massages, many in some of the finest resorts in the country, and places like Thailand, Italy and Hawaii. One thing is consistent throughout of all of my experiences - I??????ve not found a single massage therapist that compares to Jess. She has unparalleled skill, knowledge and interpersonal warmth, which when put all together truly make for a phenomenal therapeutic experience as well as a lasting relationship. I have referred numerous friends and family members to Namaste Massage ?????? all of varying massage preferences ?????? and all expectations were exceeded. Many of my referrals have gone on to send their own referrals as well. If you don??????t try Namaste, you are missing out!
