I can't say enough kind words about the staff at the service department at Dick Edwards Auto Plaza. They definitely went above and beyond for my wife. I can't begin to Thank them enough. I definitely, 100%, recommend the service department to anyone.

Dawn was very helpful with looking up a replacement vehicle for my Dodge Dart which came with no air conditioning or power locks. She was able to successfully find a new Dodge Dart that matched my specifications and facilitated delivery the same day that I came in.

It was a very friendly atmosphere; the staff was great during the whole process. They always kept me informed everyone was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and showed a lot of patience in answering all my questions. A big Five stars to the whole staff. And got me a great deal!! I had a great experience my sales person Maria was a really straight shooter got me the price I wanted without a lot of run around. Maria and everyone on the staff took care of everything and had the whole deal ready to go when I came in. No hassles, no headaches and a great car to boot.

Everyone was very friendly and polite. I knew the car I want to look at so I called ahead and when I arrived it was parked out front warmed up and ready for a test drive. It was just a great buying experience from beginning to end, thanks.
