Very friendly staff and well informed of the procedures. This is by far one of my best experiences with laser tightening for wrinkles. I had compliments from friends and coworkers after only my second visit and I didn't find the procedure to be painful at all.

Very pleased with the service here. Everything was explained to me upfront. As someone stated below for the skin tightening I purchased 3 for $189, normally cost $900 so this was a steal. You can use all 3 and get great results or you can buy another 3 for a discount and get super results. I did the research and 6 is recommended. Nothing is forced and I chose the other 3 too. With the Groupon sale and the discount price I still paid less than half of what a 6 treatment package cost and the results are unbelievable. Maybe the person that commented below should do their research and know what they are buying before you jump into a medical treatment. No bait and switch at all. Their website is publically displayed with all the info you need. I will be back for more.

Please do not purchase one of their packages. It is a ripoff. I bought a package of 3 laser treatments. The employee hurried through my treatment. She was also just short of being rude. The treatment hurt a lot which I think they should have mentioned when I made the appointment. If they would have told me prior to the treatment I would have used numbing cream. Then she told me the numbing cream is an additional expense. I really feel it is a bate and switch operation. They sign you up for a package but then they give a partial treatment so you have to sign up for more.
