Ashbusters -- Super Job!!!!

We have used Ashbusters for years and each year when they come for our yearly chimney cleaning I am never disappointed. They are always friendly, professional, and never leave a mess. Kudos to Ashbusters and techs Clyde and Jason for another job well done!!!!

Ashbusters Chimney Service

I was so pleased with Ashbusters! We had a wood burning stove insert in our open hearth fireplace that we wanted to remove. Mark and Sax came within a week of my calling and removed it. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't get a speck of dirt on my white shag carpet.

I was worried that we wouldn't be able to replace the damper that had been cut out to install the wood burning stove, but they assured me that they could install a Lock-Top Damper that was more efficient than the throat damper that had been removed. We had had problems with water dripping down into the fire box, but they assured me that the Lock-Top Damper would seal out any future problems with water.

As soon as the friendly office personnel call me, I am going to set up an appointment to have the damper installed and the flue cleaned.

Ashbusters' sweep and inspection

Bob and Mark just finished a "level 2" service (this is where they do a visual inspection of the flue via a camera) and an "on the roof" inspection of the chimney and cap.

I appreciated the opportunity to view what the camera was seeing; and also the pictures that were taken of the exterior regarding any potential problems

When I asked about any immediate or future needs, I was given a straight answer, and a quote on what that respective service would be. (It was also put into writing for my records.)

They were punctual, courteous, and thorough.

Excellent Quality & Professional Service - Chimney EXPERTS!

Mark came out to inspect the job and gave a detailed explanation of suggested fix. The bid for the work was an excellent value and we moved forward with the job. The job was done in two stages and on each stage the technician's arrived (Bob & Mark) just as schedule. Upon arrival Bob gave us an overview of the work to be completed and completed the job on time just as promised. These guys really know their stuff and performed excellent work. Their entire staff is pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again if we need any further chimney servicing.

Timely, friendly, professional

Tim and Shon came out the day after I called to make an appointment. They were both very helpful and courteous and I could tell they knew their stuff. I have to agree with the other reviewers: for customer service, Ashbusters is #1. I would definitely call them back should the need arise.
