Brent >Sandy Sansing Nissan
Be Warned.Unfortunately the used sales team failed on all levels during my purchase experience this summer. I guess they really "got me" because they have my money now anyway. I purchased a used 2007 pathfinder on 28JUL12. They owed me $1,000 dollars on my trade in, a check I did not receive until 3 months later on 14NOV12. The dealership claimed they didn't have the Title of my trade-in and wouldn't finalize the deal until they had it in hand. As it turns out, it was sitting in their office in a desk drawer. Additionally, the tires on my pathfinder turned out to be bad because speeds in excess of 60mph resulted in violent shaking. The assistant used manager Donny cut me a discounted price on a set of new tires a week after purchase when I brought the car in to have the tires checked out. The discounted deal magically was erased from all records and the used management team forgot about it by the time I got the $1000.00 check to be able to afford the tires. What hurts the most is my salesman Kieth remembered the deal himself and the management team still wouldn't stand by their original offer. Regretfully, my day ended in a verbal disagreement with the manager where I was educated on "how the real world" works, I was also accused of making up the discount agreement in the first place. As a side note: My experience with Stephanie and her office was pleasant and professional.I'm a young guy that learned the hard way. Trust no one and get everything in writing. Especially at Sandy Sansing Nissan. There is no honor or respect here. Cant imagine business practices at the other Sandy Sansing dealerships are any different. There is a dealership in Mobile, AL. It is only 40 minutes away. I recommend you try there if you must purchase a car from a Nissan dealership.
Greatest dealership in Car City! I
support business that gives back to the community, and out of car dealerships Mr. Sandy Sansing is involved at every level. Education, sports, youth, seniors, etc.
The staff at Nissan has always treated me with respect. Believing in service after the sell is hard to find, but at Sandy Sansing Nissan it's hasn't been forgotten. Thank you to everyone here.
WORST SALES STAFF IN THE WORLD. went to sandy sansing nissan and they have the worst sales staff in the world. arrogant and rude, i'd recomment driving to daphne and buying from the dealer over there. at least they don't lie about price and treat you like just another car sale. they tell you one thing and then they change the prices and make it look like your fault. worst buying expierence of my life. do not go here.
Integrity? Say what?.
Bought a new car there on Monday.
Horrible experience!!!!! LOOK elsewhere. What they say they will do is not always true. Seems like a fuzzy math problem with me. Be very careful when they make an offer. What they agree too, may not be what you get.
I'll never do business there again.
DO NOT PURCHASE ACCESSORIES FROM NISSAN. We purchased a 2011 Nissan Armada. I love my vehicle. This model did not come equipped with the DVD headrest so we decided to have them installed by the dealership. BIG MISTAkE!!! We were notified that the head rest were in so we drove to pensacola and dropped it off. We recieved a phone call that they ordered the wrong headrest, the stictching was the wrong color. so we picked up the vehicle and had to bring it back the following week. The lady Jolie says to make it up to us she would deliver the car to our home with a full tank of gas. She did deliver it with gas and a DENT in the back. And now the DVD player doesn't work. No sound in one and no picture or sound in the other. I called General Manager (Emory). Said he would see what he can do for me. That was Saturday. Today is Wednesday. No call. He said he would call Monday, HMMMM. Dent remover guy was suppose to be here at 10 am today. It is 12:30 no word. HMMMM. Jolie says I can bring my vehicle back to her she will repair DVD player. Really, Is she to be trusted???? This is my 3rd and last vehicle purchased from Sandy Sansing.
Best car dealer arround. I have been to a lot of car dealerships in my lifetime and I can say hands down that my experience at Sandy Sansing Nissan was the best Ive ever had. The salesman treated me like I was the most important customer he ever had even though the used car i bought was not expensive. My credit is not the best but they did get me financed at a better rate than my bank was offering. And I found myself driving a nicer car than I expected too. I can see myself coming back next time I buy a car.
SUCKS!!!!!. My husband and I just bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe (2005) from Sandy Sansing Nissan. We were told before we bought the car, by the salesperson, what our payments would be around. Later, I find out that they can't tell you that! Only after they get all of the information can they tell you that. NEVER deal with a guy named KC. We dealt with him and had so many things promised to us to be fixed and they were never fixed. He texted me constantly and never called me and when I tried calling him, he would ignore my phone calls and would never return my messages.. Horrible car buying experience! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS...I WOULD!
