Excellent in house computer repair. I contacted PCHouseDoc after checking multiple online sources, competitors, references and reviews. I had a return phone call within an hour and scheduled an appointment the next day at my convenience. Steve also arrived on time - another plus for someone who has to leave work. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and worked on my new computer at my home - a major plus that I did not have to drag all of my components and peripherals to a big box store and wait hours, days for the repairs. I appreciated the follow up phone call to ensure everything was working. When I need hardware/software help and recommendations again, I would definitely call Steve and highly recommend PCHouseDoc.

The Only Computer Guru You'll Ever Need - And They Make House Calls!. I was literally on the verge of trashing my computer and buying a new one. On the advice of a friend, I gave Steve at PCHouseDoc a call. Before we scheduled an appointment, he basically diagnosed my situation over the phone, told me what I needed to get and where I could find it cheapest. Steve came to my house and I left him with the computer to run a few errands. When I returned a couple of hours later, everything was installed (including new, better and free virus protection) and my computer was running faster than it ever had. Steve even set up some reminder folders with easy links to prompt me to perform some simple weekly/monthly maintenance to keep the computer running as fast as ever. In two hours, Steve turned a computer I was ready to throw away into a computer I will be able to use for several years to come. I honestly can't come up with any complaints about PCHouseDoc -- they are friendly, responsive, honest, professional and they standy by their work.

The Best Around. Terrific Job! After a processor meltdown Steve, from PCHouseDoc, brought my computer back to life. It's now faster, quieter, and (with better virus protection) safer than ever. VERY friendly and professional - and he came to my house. He was so helpful at every step (from diagnosis to ordering parts to installation) and ready to answer any questions. I received the kind of personal attention those corporate repair centers horribly lack (*cough* geek squad *cough*). Thank you Steve and PCHouseDoc for all the great work!

Simply The Best in Town!. Steve has done so much to make my system run awesome, I cannot list them all. Not only that, but he teaches me so much as he works on my computer. Thank you Steve, errr, PcHouseDoc! :)
