There is a very nice knowledgeable lady who handles the office calls and really helped me coordinate preparation and scheduling my bed bug service very quickly. This was an emergency and they were very patient with all my questions and concerns on what to expect. She sent me Derek who obviously has a lot of expertise with bed bugs and quickly found where they were hiding and walked me through everything he was going to do with me, which was about 45 minutes of consultation before even starting the work.

from carpenter ants to bed bugs Derek is the best. I first called derek last June for all my big carpenter ants running all over my house and came back a 2nd service predicting the activity was so large they Must be coming from a tree nearby. Well just like he said the infested tree was in an empty lot right across the street and he didn't charge any more for the extra service. Last month my 2nd floor that I rent out infested the whole house with bedbugs and me and my husband were getting bit for weeks before we knew what they were. Well again wel knew to call Derek and he came over and I was afraid of the lack of thorough preparation from my tenant I was Never getting rid of my bed bugs.
