Great Fabric Selection! Really beautiful store!. I have shopped off and on at the Fabric House for years and it just keeps getting better! The fabrics that they carry are beautiful and also well-priced. The staff was really helpful in picking out fabrics for drapes that were an odd size for my bedroom and living room. Once I decided on fabrics, they custom ordered them for me. The drapes came quickly and look great!

Astoundingly Rude Staff. I would be ashamed if I were the manager of this store. The customer service is beyond rude. I went in about 2 years ago and was treated rudely. I decided to give it another try today, but I'll never return. I was there for half an hour and finally had to go stand in front of three staff members who were talking among themselves. After (no kidding) a minute of being unacknowledged, I asked if anyone could help me. I stood there again in silence while they waited. Finally, I was "helped" by a rude woman who seemed to resent my presence and my very basic questions (ie., "May I have a swatch?" and "Do you know if you're ordering more of this fabric?") Honestly, I've never written one of these reviews before, but I hope that some manager out there will read it and insist his/her employees learn how to greet and be kind to customers. I found some fabric I like, but there's no way in *hell* that store will be getting my money. (And I notice I'm not the only one here to note they have a rude staff.)

Rude Staff. Upon entering the Fabric House I was not greeted, even though there was only one other customer in the store and at least 4 staff members.....but fine whatever I was there to pick out fabrics and I didn't really need someone to greet me. I had been in the store for about an hour and still no one even asked if I needed anything or of they could help. I needed samples cut so I went to the front counter and had to stand a wait for the staff members to finish their gossiping before anyone asked if I needed anything. Just a very rude vibe going on over there.

amazing service. I ordered fabric Thursday and received it Friday with VERY reasonable shipping costs. The Fabric House is simply the best. I will drive to Nashville or pick up the phone and do more business with Fabric House without hesitation!

great selection wonderful customer service. I recently visited The Fabric House for the first time and I was amazed! I am from Alabama and I have been to ALOT of fabric stores and there is NO comparison as far as selection OR customer service. They are so helpful nothing like I've ever experienced before. I loved the way they cut the samples and THEY write the color, brand and price on the back for you! Great place to go, even if you have to drive from Alabama!

Great service, knowledgable staff!. I'm in the music industry and was looking for some fabric to cover acoustic panels. I don't know anything about fabric except for what I was told was the best type of fabric for what I needed. When I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile by a guy with spiky hair. He asked me what I was looking for, I told him about the project I was working on. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me a selection to choose from. The prices were within my range and I purchased the fabric I needed. I highly recommend this store for anyone who has interior fabric or acoustic paneling needs!

Best selection of fabrics, helpful and service oriented. I am amazed at this store! I can't believe I have not known about it before now. The prices were amazing! The store is beautiful and organized by color which makes it easy to select and choose. My saleswoman spent a lot of time helping me determine my selection and measurements. I will most certainly return for future purchases. And, the best part, it is so easy to access. Right off I65!

Great one-on-one decorating help AND really beautiful fabrics. I had a great experience at The Fabric House. They have a huge selection of fabrics and trims. I am not a decorator, so I appreciated that the salesclerk gave me lots of good ideas. I brought in a piece of my couch fabric, and she helped me for 45 minutes to come up with ideas of fabrics and trims which would be good for pillows on the couch. There are not many places which will give that kind of help.

If you live in the Nashville area or are travelling through Nashville, I would definitely recommend that you stop by and see the beautiful fabrics and trims and experience the "southern hospitality."

great place!. This store is wonderful! I have been there several time in the last few weeks, and the staff is extremely helpful every single time. Wonderful selection, great prices, and the staff is there to offer their expert opinions. I would highly recommend The Fabric House to everyone!
