H.O. Electric installed light switches, outlets, panels, dimmers, smoke alarms, outside lighting, light fixtures, recessed lights, cable TV, telephones, a hot tub, a generator, circuits, Jacuzzi, track lights, etc... I thought they were great

WOW Service. I got the scheduling I requested, great service, no problems, pricing seemed reasonable, superb customer service, I paid by credit card, can't say enough about the experience.

I called for another job and had the same great experience.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. They now do plumbing, heating, and cooling jobs as well!

STAY AWAY! ILLEGAL. The owner is horrible and charged me illegally. I told him I have the invoice which in writing says they're waiving the fee since it was their fault, and he replied, "I can override receipts." I'm currently writing up my complaint to the bureau of better business and notifying my bank to block this charge. But if you want to avoid the hours spent dealing with all this nonsense, just stay far away from HO Electric.

I called HO to have a light hung today, and on the phone said I needed this done today, and rep said they could since they have a 'warehouse' of all the tools necessary. Upon arriving, the workers said they'd have no problem doing this today, and asked for my credit card. And right after charging my visa, the worker said he actually cannot do it today. He then told me that he felt responsible and it was his fault since he thought they could do it today, and so wrote me a receipt for $0 total cost. In the reason, he says "unable to meet the job, $59 dispatch fee waived."

Then the owner calls me and says unless I want them to do the job (the cheapest option for job was $1500!!! and other places quoted me a few hundred), he is going to charge me the $59, and doesn't care what my receipt says.

Great Electrical Company. I needed a fan to be installed and didnt know who to turn to. I searched online and everywhere I went I noticed HO Electric. I decided to give them a call and actually got an appointment for the very next day. The guy was right on time and was very nice. He came in and explained to me what was involved. He sat down with me and gave me a price to put the fan together an d to hang it up. I was impressed. I agreed to the work and the guy got straight to work. In no time it was functioning and I was happy. I will definitely use this company again for other projects I may have.

H.O. Electric Are Great Electricians!. These guys were like a SWAT Team. Howard and his team attacked our project to get it done fast. They were on time, budget, neat, and did a perfect job. I would not use any other electrical contractor. I wish I could find other trades equal to.
