Consider This. Full disclosure: I am the manager of this property and therefore I am admittedly baised. That said think about this, who is more likely to post a review on a webpage the person who is happy and content and going about their lives or the person who is angry and bitter with an axe to grind? Unfortunately its is the latter. People who are happy and content have others things to do with their time. Going through the steps to post a review on a web site is not what most of us would choose to do with our time if we could. People who are looking for revenge on the other hand are highly motivated.

The most recent negative posts are likely from people who were evicted because they didnt want to follow the rules, specifically rules about quiet enjoyment. They were given several oppourtunities to comply but werent willing to. So in order to protect our other residents we were forced to ask them to leave. We try and maintain a peaceful community where people can be comfortable and will not allow the actions of a few to disturb the many. So, please take this into consideration when looking at reviews online.…

BEWARE!!! Salem Renters Worst Nightmare! BEWARE!!!!!. This guy is by far the most dislikeable person you will ever meet. He drives a ghetto car and prances about the apartment complex with his mouth open revealing the enormous gap between his teeth. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. If you want peace of mind, NEVER move here, this guy has a tiny amount of power and uses every last inch of it to the max.

If you ever need anything, good luck getting ahold of the management! I had a guy tweaking on meth harassing me who didn't live here and was walking around the complex for hours, I called the management and they rebuked me for calling them over such "petty matters."

I told them, the guy was saying he just got out of prison and was back at it (meth) already! And he said he was just "wandering" about.

They said "we can't help you, go call the police if he causes you anxiety" I said, "No I thought Id just let you know, cause he could pose a threat to any of the residents here" The response? "We really don't care, have a nice day!"

This is but one out of hundreds of instances.…

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!. Apartments are poorly fixed when there are issues. When we moved in, we had to actually clean the fridge and the floor before living here, and had to remove a ton of bugs that infested the apartment. We are fairly chill people, so moved in with a positive attitude and fixed up the place to suit our standards, with no complaints. We were harassed multiple times by Curtis, the "manager" and finally evicted with no reason why. This was recent, as in 6-29-2011, and we plan to fight in court over this situation. NEVER move here until there is a new manager, Curtis runs this place like his own little playground. He is a complete loser at apartment managing. BEWARE!!!
