Great store! Carolina Factory Outlet gets my highest recommendation. Nothing to say but good things. We had a couple of issues with our furniture and this store services what they sell. I will never shop at another store as long as these people are around!

This is just the best furniture store. When I have been out shopping for furniture I have always found that they have the best selection of mattresses and furniture to choose from. The staff has always been extremely helpful and I found the prices are better then any other store in the area. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on quality furniture.

Great selection!. Lots to choose from. Very professional staff. Unbeatable prices! My furniture was delivered on time by a very nice crew of men. Love my new entertainment center. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Love this store!. We have purchased many pieces of furniture from Carolina Factory Outlet over the past several years and have only had positive experiences. My daughter broke a knob off of a discontinued piece purchased 3 years ago, and they went out of their way to find the knob for me. My kitten scratched a corner of an Ashely sofa we purchased from them and they ordered a piece of leather so I could have it repaired. Last week we ordered 2 Sauder desks (one for each child) and we are looking forward to their delivery. They seem to constantly update their furniture selections. Love this store!

Highly Recommended!. My wife and I highly recommend Carolina Factory Outlet. Many years and many thousands of dollars later we love this place. They have it all in stock so there are none of those special order headaches. Just pick out your furniture and let them know when you want it. The selection is awesome and it's a neat store to shop at. Our salesperson, Brandon, is always so patient with us! We highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking for furniture!

Great selection of furniture!. Some friends recommended this store to us. We boght a living room set and a bedroom set with a mattress. Great deal and it was even delivered the next day! We would recemmend this store to everyone!

Worst Place to do Business. they are the worst people to do business with. they lie and cheat. they tell you that they will call you back and then you never hear from them again unless you call them. they do not honor their product and when it comes to replacing broken furniture they will say it is out of stock or they no longer sell that item but they will offer to have it repaired, at which time again you will not hear from them. i would never ever send anyone there to buy anything. yes their prices are good but they lack in everything else. i only wish that others who bought from them rated it so that i could have had a better idea who and what i was buying from, i would have gone somewhere else.
