Doors Locked

I am in bad need of a play pen. I went to Second Chance on Thursday this week at 5:50. The door was locked but there was an employee inside hanging clothes. I knocked on the door and she mouthed "we're closed". The recording on their answering machine says Thursday hours are 9-7. I called this morning at 9:10 a.m. (Friday) to ASK if they have a playpen. No one answered. The answering machine said they open at 9:00. I'm very frustrated and if I weren't in desperate need of a playpen (for grandchild) I wouldn't bother to call on them again.
