A wide range of flavorful pizza pies--combined with the family-friendly buffet and affordable prices--are this regional chain's cornerstone.. In Short
Cici's first opened in Plano, Texas, in 1985 and has since spread to locations throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Known for its one low, all-you-can eat price, the buffet-style restaurant boasts 16 different types of fresh pizza--from tomato and spinach Alfredo to zesty ham, barbecue and Sicilian deep-dish pies--as well as pasta, salad and desserts. Only 100 percent whole milk mozzarella is used and the sauces and dough are made fresh daily.

Great Pizza at a Great Price!. My family of six love going to CiC's Pizza. There are over 15 different types of pizza on the buffet. The pizzas are fresh, hot and full of flavor. Soup, salad, pasta and dessert is offered at the buffet as well. With a drink the cost is under $7.00 per person and kids 3-11 eat for around $4. with a drink. My two year old twins eat for free. They will also make pizzas that are not on the buffet at no extra cost to you. My husband loves bacon, pineapple and onion . They have never had a problem making it and the one manager starts it when we walk through the door. They really have guest service nailed down. There is also a small game room to keep the kids occupied, so you and that special someone could actually get a minute to yourself.
