Each villa is tastefully appointed with dark wood furniture, custom made mattresses, an in-room Jacuzzi tub, fireplace and mini fridge. Individual terraces provide stunning views. The grounds are expansive, and offer a variety of activities, including wine tasting, upscale Euro-Med cuisine at the Vineyard Rose and a variety of spa treatments at the GrapeSeed.

We stayed at this resort last May and loved it. We even considered modifying our itinerary to stay here longer, but since we were on a tight schedule visiting relatives we could not. The individual villas are beautiful, each with a fireplace and very luxurious bathroom. Even the welcome/check-in area is elegant. The management has thought of everything to make your stay special, including a welcome bottle of very good wine in the room. We also went on their special wine tour while we were there which included barrel tasting and an extensive tasting on the patio with some lovely appetizers to pair with the wines. We did not have dinner there but did have breakfast in the morning and that too was excellent. Portions were extremely generous -- I don't think any of us finished -- and the food was delicious. Delectable homemade breads were served as we waited for our orders to arrive. All in all, despite the fact that I don't see myself returning to this area again, I want to, to be able to stay here again! Next visit, if I manage one, will be a bit longer so we can relax by the pool, gaze out at the beautiful vineyards, and enjoy the spa.
Pros: everything was wonderful
Cons: except for the casino there is not much to do in the area when the sun goes down
