Happy repeat customer

I had scheduled for a quote with a company out of Concord. They wanted to charge me extra for the hallway and a bedroom since they were over the square footage allowed according to their calculations. I decided to find an alternative. I looked online and found Bayside carpet cleaning. I am so glad that I did. The price was much lower but the work was great and timely. My baby can crawl around the house as he wishes. This is now the second time I used Bayside and I would absolutely recommend them again. Thanks again!

Great service and excellent quality

Jim Wallace was a consummate professional who did a fantastic job with my upholstery. I needed a routine cleaning but I feel pretty confident that he would do an excellent job with more complicated jobs. He is extremely friendly and reliable, so I would recommend him to anyone.

Would not recommend

Would not recommend this service.Was almost 2 hours late.

Brush he used for the carpet was dirty. His clothes and hands were dirty. Very unprofessional in his appearance, not somebody that you want in your house cleaning your carpet.

I am very happy with Bayside Carpet Cleaning. Jimmie Wallace is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had three pieces of cream (almost white) furniture that had not been cleaned in years. One cleaning service came to my apartment and told me that my brushed cotton furniture could not be steam cleaned. The individual told me my furniture needed to be "dry cleaned" and that I had to get another company to do the job. Jimmie assured me the individual was wrong. He stated he was confident that with his experience he could clean my furniture. Jimmie was right. My furniture looks brand new!!! I am very satisfied and highly recommend Bayside Carpet Cleaning.

Old Carpet Looks New Again

I located Bayside Carpet Cleaning using City Search. I was impressed with Mr. Wallaces detailed overview on City Search and with his knowledge of the business. Mr. Wallace did not leave me disappointed. I found his work to be excellent. He was able to remove old stains and make my old carpet look new again. The last time I had my carpet professionally cleaned was two years ago. I hired one of the large commercial vendors and was very disappointed. This time, I decided to use City Search to locate a carpet cleaner; I'm happy I did. Mr. Wallace pretreated the carpet to increase the ability to remove old stains. He then thoroughly cleaned the carpet and followed the cleaning with a special sealant meant to discourage dirt from adhering to the carpet and to make later vacuuming easier. Bayside Carpet Cleaning is now my carpet cleaner of choice.
