My family and I have been going to Town Center Dental for several years and have always had great service. Their mission statement is true "We Cater to Cowards" they have always made me feel at ease.

Everyone in all the office's has always been nice and helped my family out with our dental needs.

I would recommend them anytime.

I have been to this dentist several times and I am terrified of the dentist, they have never done me wrong and I really liked the staff they are very friendly.. They have always gotten me in right away and seem to get the job done right.. That has been my experience, and also they did a lot of work on my son when no one else would touch him because he had to have 9 teeth pulled at once all the other dentist wanted to fix them all when they were just going to fall out in a couple of months, well we couldn't afford what the other dentist wanted to do, but Dr.Pham didn't want to see him in pain anymore and did the job, so I am greatful to him.. I guess everyone has different experiences..

Tried to screw me over twice. I went there for a new patient cleaning and found out that I needed a tooth pulled, which I already knew. They pulled the tooth (and they weren't gentle about it either) the dentist had to have another dentist come help him because he couldn't get it out. After it was all said and done I asked how much I owed and I paid my balance. Almost a year later I had moved out of the state and found that they had sent me to collects for a balance I had no idea about! I called them to get information as to why they sent me to collections and they said they sent letters and called. Like the review before me, my phone number hasn't changed and I know how to have my mail forwarded. It's pretty unbelievable that no phone calls or letters made it's way to me if they really tried. So I quickly paid the balance and got that settled. Now 4 years later I'm back at the dentist getting an exam and they find on the xray that whoever pulled the tooth left the root in and it has caused me to have bone loss where that tooth was! I am going to tell everyone to stay away from this place like it's a disease.

Mixed Review. Not having been to a dentist in quite some time, I don't really have an experience to relate this to. I needed a dentist who was open odd hours to accomodate my work hours M-F 8 - 5 which was difficult until I came to this office. They take alot of insurances which was helpful most of treatment was covered. The doctor was very dedicated to helping me with my treatment he stayed almost 4 hours past his normal closing time to accomodate my schedule. The staff are very friendly also. The one thing I didn't really like was I had to keep asking what was exactly going to be done and treatment plans changed a couple of times. Overall if you need to get right in and need a dentist on Saturday or late this is a good place for you.

Do Not Even Think About It. ever had a doc leave you when half way threw a procedure for a root canal to go treat another patient because yours is not going well. and ask you to come back in a week? after letting you sit i n the chair for another hour. and came in late. Pain is the beginning and it only gets worse. sure wish i had looked them up first, never again.

BEWARE!!!. I went to his office in Rainier Oregon, for a specific tooth that was hurting. Dr. Pham gave me two root canals on different teeth. I had no idea that this was being done I told them exactly what tooth it was. Now three months later the one tooth he gave me a root canal on is all broke and jagged and pushing into the side of my mouth which is very painful, keep in my mind this one was not even a problem before. Yelled at me when I went back in, complaining of pain same tooth I had went there for to begin with. Please do a dentist board check in Oregon and Washington before going numerous complaints on this dentist.

Horrible business. I had a few procedures done at this dental clinic. They seemed a little stuck up when I first went there. Then came the real issue. After I went in there to make a final payment I asked how much I owed. They said I didn't owe anything. One year later I get a call from collections. I then called up towncenter dental and they claim to have mailed out a bill and said they called me 3 times. Well...my phone number hasn't changed so I don't see how they could have done that. And ya know, most people have answering machines so if it was that important why not leave a message. They are very bad at their job. My two year old could have done better work at billing.
