Worker PUT MOP ON TABLE to clean the table.. Worker PUT MOP ON TABLE to clean the table. At the Vandy store I spilled my drink. I tried to clean the drink up; there was more than I could. Asked the employee to help he put the mop on the floor than put the dirty mop on the table. I watched this with my two eyes and my wife saw this gross act too. This is a fact. (2009)

NEW OWNERSHIP - AVOID. If you have been a patron, like me ... you come to expect a good burger. This restaurant is under new ownership. The turkey burgers are now pre-formed, frozen and have NO taste. There are no longer sprouts on the veggie bar. When I asked for some , I had to wait for someone to go to the back and then was presented with a container the size of a half dollar .... half full.

It use to be like a "neighborhood" feel kind of place, where they called your name when your order was ready. Now, you're just a number like every place else.

Keep your cash and opt for Arby's. The burgers aren't worth the extra $$ you have to pay. The service was lousy as well. Sorry but, I think people should be aware BEFORE the fact.
