Scratched my Dash. Took my old Nissan-Exterra and my brand new just drove it off the lot Exterra to them to have the stereos switched over. I was in a rush when i left due to having to get my tires changed over. When i got to the shop i noticed a bunch of big scratches on the dash next to my stereo going into the compartment my stereo was in. When i confront them the next day in a polite manner the manager denied that his workers created those scratches. When i point blank told him this was a new car and the only way those scratches could have got there were if his worker had laid my stereo housing on my dash he still denied having made those scratches. I'm positive his workers scratched the dash of my brand new Exterra and neither my self non the Nissan dealership will send anyone to this location again.
