Best customer service in the world. I was greeted "in store" by a friendly, prompt and knowledgeable lock smith who quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a replacement dead bolt assembly at minimal cost. The lock smith took the time to explain some of the finer features of how to re-install the deadbolt assembly in order to assure that it worked smoothly and to assure that I understood how to re-assemble correctly. The lock smith advised me to call if I had any problems and that they would "walk me through" the installation process over the phone, if need be. The information I received was accurate, helpful and appropriate. I received much more in value than what I paid for the replacement part. I will always utilize this company and I highly recommend

Pleasant Customer Service. Off hours phone enquiry returned in minutes.. In need of repair and rekeying of a 25 year old schlag entry door lock, we used the in-store service. Service was expediant and dedicated. A pleasant experience.

They were able to gather together the paticular parts needed. Some of the hole patterns having changed over the passage of time required improvisions and a little search and effort on their part.



Making a phone call inquiry the following day (Saturday), they were closed. So I left my question on their message machine; and was surprised when they called me back within minutes.

This is the kind of Vendor I am compelled to do business with.
