I went to the owner thinking she would know what she was doing. I paid 200+ My hair looked HORRIBLE!! BAD CUT BAD BAD BAD COLOR. They are very rude there and make you feel very uncomfortable. My advice go somewhere else!!

I moved from LA to Santa Cruz and needed a new stylist. I saw a girl down town with a really cute haircut and she told me Lori Ann at Urban Groove Salon did her hair. I went to Lori Ann and I have to say that my hair looks better than it ever has. I've been to the best salons in Beverly Hills and was never as happy as I am with my hair now. The people were friendly in the salon and it was easy to make an apt. She charged me $150.00 for a highlight, cut, and style/dry. It was worth every penny!! I've gone back to her 3 other times, and every time she makes me look like a movie star!!!! I highly recommend Urban Groove salon.
Pros: Great hair, friendly, experienced, stylist was on time!!!!!!
